Our Team

Evolve Homes is owned and founded by Gary McMillan, an experienced carpenter and renovation specialist. Originally from England, Gary has renovated numerous homes in both England and Australia, and since 2023, in Finland. His expertise lies in interior and exterior surface renovations that require a high level of craftsmanship and precision, where the goal is a premium finish and exceptional attention to detail. Gary moved to Finland inspired by his Finnish partner.

The Evolve Homes team consists of a wide network of trusted industry professionals — from interior designers to electricians, plumbers, and bricklayers.
